Summary

You will join an energetic team who are responsible for all areas of facilities management at multiple hotel sites including; Hyatt Regency Sydney, Swissôtel Sydney, West Hotel and associated commercial spaces.

You will provide assistance to the Facilities Director, and be responsible for:

• All reactive and preventative maintenance repairs.
• Capital projects including; identification, review, design, costing and implementation.
• Ensuring adherence to all certification requirements, WH&S, local and other government legislation requirements
• The supervision and management of associates working in the department.
• Contractor management and supervision.
• Providing financial and operational reports.

What we are looking for?

• Experience in a similar building management role.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office. Exposure to BMCS and lighting control systems highly regarded.
• Great communication and organisational skills.
• Detail orientated.
• Technical trade or certificate desirable with experience across multiple service disciplines
• Must have unrestricted, ongoing working rights for Australia.
• Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to work autonomously under pressure to achieve best outcomes.
